A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.

Refunds Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Cases Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Request raised after 2 days of delivery
Product has been used, washed, or altered
Unboxing video is not provided
Product is damaged due to misuse
